The brand unuo brand was created in 2005 as an small project of its founder Petra Plemlová, focused on sewing children’s functional clothing and cloth diapers. Already during the first few years of sales, especially at trade fairs and through the e-shop, the clothing has gained great popularity, primarily due to its simplicity of dressing and excellent materials. 

In 2014, the company relocated from Prague to Tábor also due to the need for qualified employees from the textile industry. 

From the beginning, unuo has emphasized so-called growing children’s clothing, which thanks to sophisticated cuts and durable materials will last for several seasons. 

unuo clothing is very recognizable thanks to its colorful colors and patterns.  The development of such cuts, the designing of designs and the production itself are carried out in South Bohemia, and today sales take place practically exclusively online. 

In 2022, the brand unuo also entered foreign markets, besides Slovakia it was Germany and Italy.
